# Third-party components

ShiftMonitor includes Python, Pillow, six, and pystray. The executable is
packaged with PyInstaller and its bootloader exception. Their original license
texts are provided in `licenses/` beside the executable.

pystray is licensed under LGPLv3 or later. Its unmodified Python sources are
included in `licenses/pystray-source.zip`. `ShiftMonitor-source.zip` contains the
application and build scripts. To use a modified pystray, unpack the application
source, create `.venv`, install `requirements-build.txt`, install your modified
library into that environment, and run the PyInstaller command documented in
`README.en.md` directly. This avoids reinstalling the pinned dependencies.

For this build, available local packages were reused offline. pystray was
retrieved from the upstream `v0.19.5` Git tag and each source file was verified
against its Git blob SHA before installation. No library source was modified.
